Mr. Naim Ahmed, BPM, former Police Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police and Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Police, brings extensive expertise in security management, law enforcement, and organizational leadership. As a former Director of G4S Secure Solutions Bangladesh, his strategic insight and security experience strengthen FSL’s professional service standards.

Mr. A H M Rasel is an HR and Administration professional with over 20 years of experience, including significant leadership exposure at G4S Secure Solutions Bangladesh. He specializes in workforce management, policy development, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring effective human resource practices and operational efficiency at First Solutions Limited.

Mr. Mohammad Rezaul Karim is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience, including extensive service at G4S Secure Solutions Bangladesh. He brings expertise in financial management, budgeting, reporting, audit, taxation, and compliance, leading FSL’s Finance & Accounts function with transparency, discipline, and strategic financial control.

Heading Supply Chain Management at FSL, Md Abdus Salam Farazi brings extensive experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management. His leadership ensures cost-effective, reliable supply chain operations that support all service lines of the organization.

Mr. Mukarram Helal Chowdhury is an operations and business development professional with over 15 years of experience, including exposure to the security industry. With strong operational expertise and client management skills, he leads nationwide operations at First Solutions Limited, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Md. Fazle Rabbi is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in HR operations, payroll management, and employee administration. He previously served at G4S Secure Solutions Bangladesh, gaining extensive experience in managing large-scale workforce operations. At First Solutions Limited, he oversees HR operations, payroll management, employee records, and compliance activities, ensuring efficient and effective workforce administration.
